Our app has been purposely designed to connect us with our clients, and help you take care of your pets.

Features of our app include:

Contact – Our clients can now contact us with ease by email or text at their convenience, even when our practice is closed. Our app also links all our social media pages into one place for you to easily connect with us.

Pet Portal Access – Clients can access their pet’s records at the touch of a button.

Appointment Request – The appointment request feature enables our clients to easily request appointments at their own convenience. Simply enter your details, along with your preferred date and time of appointment, and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.

Food and Medication Request – The food/medication request function allows our clients to send us refill orders for their pet’s food or medication. And, if it’s easier, you can simply upload a picture of the product you want and send it to us!

Loyalty Program – One of the most exciting features of our app is the Loyalty Program punch card, which allows our clients to keep an electronic loyalty card for our rewards program with them at all times. When you earn a punch, a Bong Bong Vet team member will apply this to your virtual card. Once you reach 16 punches, you will receive a reward! Pet Health Library – Our app also features a great section on pet healthcare, which is very helpful to have on hand!

Notifications – Need help remembering when to bring your pet in for a check-up or give them their medication? No problem! Ask a Bong Bong Vet team member to set up notifications on your phone to receive timely reminders.

Pet Selfie – Our app also allows you to send us photos of your pet! We love seeing how all our furry clients are doing, so feel free to send us a pet ‘selfie’ – you may be featured on our social media pages!
